Back in 2019, as I was getting ready to launch my tax business, I found myself in a deep conversation with a designer. She asked me what truly mattered—what was behind the business beyond the forms and numbers. I told her: peace of mind, real value, no fluff, education, and genuine help.

She came back with a concept drawing. Among the images was something unexpected—Columbia. Not the movie studio, but the original symbol of America. She stood for strength, justice, and guidance. Columbia had been used in World War I posters and in campaigns to empower women and promote national values.
That image struck me. It wasn’t about patriotism for me—it was about what Columbia represented: protection, clarity, and support. That’s when the name Columbia Tax Services came to life.

Many people only think about taxes when they have to. Others are hit with problems that seem small at first but grow fast. I built this firm to help people understand what’s going on, to be your guide in an often-confusing system. No scare tactics, no jargon—just smart, human help.
And that bold “C” in our logo? It cradles a gold star—because you’re the focus of everything we do. Your success is what drives us.
